First Aid Instructor courses: • The maximum number of students per section: Skills Assessments – 18 Fundamentals – 8 Discipline Specific – 8 • Courses may be rescheduled/postponed if the minimum has not been met. The minimum number of students is 4. We will confirm the course at least two weeks prior to the course date. Students will have the option to be transferred to the next course date. • First Aid Instructor course enrolment must be made 15 business days prior to the course (not including the course day), otherwise, a $35 administrative fee will be charged. • If you would like to cancel your seat/spot, you will need to contact Pacific First Aid in writing 7 full business days prior to the course start date. Refund will be given at the full course cost price less $35.00 administrative fee. • Cancellations made within 3-7 full business days prior to the course start date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the original full course price. • No refunds, cancellations or transfers will be granted if cancellations are made 3 full business days prior to the start of the course dates. • Course fee includes First Aid Instructor Package; courses and instructor fees. • Course fees are subject to change without notice. • Full payment will need to be made in order to reserve a spot. • Course fees are non-refundable for students who do not arrive at the start of the course. • The First Aid Instructor course package will only be given once you have completed the First Aid Instructor Skills session. First Aid Instructor Skills session: • If pre-requisite are not met (i.e. you cannot provide proof for the pre-requisite), the candidate will be asked to leave the program and book in for another day + a $35 administrative fee. • If you are unsuccessful in the skills assessment session, you will need to attend the next date for your skills to be assessed again. You have two attempts to successfully pass the Skills assessment session. Remediation options will be given to you before you leave the assessment session. • If you wish to withdraw from the First Aid Instructor course after the assessment session, a 50% refund will be due to you.
